• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipping
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipping

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return:

• Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached
• Original packaging should be included when possible
• Proof of purchase is required

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Underwear & Nightwear
• Swimwear (unless the hygiene liner is intact and unworn)

3. Package the item(s) securely, including your order number

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for wrong items or manufacturing defects.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable except for our errors.
