Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey to you.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your maternity wear purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how our comfortable process works:

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear & Nightwear
  • Swimwear (unless the hygiene liner is intact and unworn)

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible, including your order number.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Exchange Process

Need a different size or color? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. In your return request email, please specify:

  • The item you’d like to exchange
  • Your preferred replacement (size, color, or style)

We’ll process your exchange as soon as we receive your original item. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we’ve sent the wrong item or there’s a manufacturing defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except for returns due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
