Our Promise: Just as we design our maternity wear with comfort and flexibility in mind, we’ve created a returns process that’s equally accommodating to your needs during this special time.

Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please note:

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Underwear & Nightwear (for obvious hygiene considerations)
  • Swimwear (unless the hygiene liner is intact and unworn)

How to Return an Item

Our return process is as comfortable as our maternity wear:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible, including your order number.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we’ve sent the wrong item or there’s a manufacturing defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Exchange Process

Need a different size or color? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. In your return request email, please specify:

  • The item you’d like to exchange
  • Your preferred replacement (size, color, or style)

We’ll process your exchange as soon as we receive your original item. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except for returns due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
